Matt has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age, gaining hands-on experience building homes alongside his family. After spending eight years in the HVAC field, he co-founded a high-end finish carpentry and cabinet installation company with his father and brother, helping grow and scale the business over more than a decade.

Matt later joined Paramount Builders, initially as a trade partner before stepping into a Project Manager role. He brings a practical, detail-driven approach to each project, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, accountability, and seeing the work done right from start to finish.

Levi grew up in the construction industry, learning the trade through his family’s business. After earning a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he returned to help lead the next generation of Paramount Builders.

His approach is rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and clear communication, with a belief that building well means more than quality construction — it means stewarding trust, caring for people, and creating spaces that truly serve the families, businesses, and communities who use them.

Travis is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, with experience spanning both residential and commercial projects. Rising through the trades, Travis has always been driven by a deep passion for both design and construction within the industry. His hands-on expertise and creative vision make him a trusted name in the field.

Away from the job site, Travis loves embracing the great outdoors, whether it’s fishing, camping, or simply enjoying nature with his wife, son, daughter, and their loyal dogs.
